We decided to outsource our payroll after some organisational changes. The reason that we did so was to free up time to focus on our core business of providing legal services. While that certainly happened we also found that there were a range of other really great benefits to using Strategic Software.

• Firstly, bringing on new staff is incredibly easy. Strategic take care of all of the IRD forms, bank details etc.  We just make an appointment for the new   staff member at their offices and Strategic get it sorted.  We only need to provide a copy of the employment agreement.
• Secondly, Strategic are very accessible.  If any issues arise we find that we can speak with one of their excellent staff straight away and get great help.
• Thirdly, payroll information is incredibly sensitive and can cause issues in a small team.  Taking that information off-site removes any of those privacy   concerns.

We have no hesitation in recommending Strategic to any business.
